Training: Innovative Leader @ Aon
May 29 @ 08:00 - 17:00
Leadership has been famously defined as the capacity to translate vision into reality. But how do you overcome the tension between the future and the present, imminent in building innovative teams? The answer is simple, but not easy: you need to empower employees to do things that are seemingly contradictory: creativity and implementation. In short, you need to build ambidexterity.
This training offers a practical, evidence-based crash course in three practices of innovative leadership: balancing autonomy and structure, building support for innovation, and providing a strong sense of purpose and belonging at work.
- will learn practical tools and methods of leadership aimed at increasing the innovative potential of their teams and colleagues;
- will gain a deeper insight into the key principles of ambidexterity, based on decades of research, business case studies and the consulting experience of the trainer;
- will develop an action plan for implementing innovative leadership in their teams.
The training is intended for managers and leaders on all organizational levels.
